Guest Interaction with Building Staff Policy • This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. • For questions or concerns, contact the host directly. • Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Checkout Process/Cleaning Policy • Must load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware. • Please dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal. • Place all trash in trash can or dispose in the trash shoot. Guest Policy • No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. • Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. It would have been extremely helpful to have been told about the Latch App and to download it the day before travel. The kitchen was dirty when I arrived, and the sight of a bag of garbage outside the door didn't make a great first impression. The silverware is carelessly thrown into the back of a drawer. There are no dish towels, just one wine glass, and no recycling or conditioner for washing hair.
