This 3-story townhome sleeps up to 6 guests with 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, and a twin trundle bed. Head outside and enjoy the privacy of your top-floor sun deck, with plenty of seating. Just steps away from all the action of Ybor City and a trolley ride away from Channelside and Sparkman Wharf, experience all that Tampa has to offer! The Space: With modern and chic decor throughout the interior, come experience a truly magnificent vacation rental with all the comforts of home - and then some! Are you coming to work? Take advantage of the downstairs office space, complete with a laptop-friendly workstation. The spacious living area offers a huge flat-screen Smart TV with Sonos surround sound that you can control from your phone. Just off the living room, you can utilize the fabulous kitchen area - a chef's dream. The kitchen comes equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee station, an ice maker, a wall-mounted pot filler faucet, and everything else from champagne glasses to pizza cutters! The Queen and Trundle Twin bedrooms are located on the 1st floor of the home and share a full bathroom, directly next to the laundry room. The pictures do not do it justice. The inside of the house is very modern and sleek. And that rooftop deck, it is amazing! We spent time every evening on the deck. We chose this property because of its location to the many things that we were wanting to do in Ybor City.
