We really enjoyed the location of this property. No car needed. Many dining and shopping options nearby less than 2 minute walk. Also, Tamarindo beach is just a 2 mins walk across the street. The condo itself was very well stocked with all you need to cook your own meals. Owner had a nice bottle of wine, bread, jam and a beautiful flower arrangement to greet us upon arrival. A very nice touch:) Plenty of hot water in shower,lots of towels, comfortable beds and a very nice size balcony to relax. We are a family of 4 with two kids, ages 11 and 8\. The space was furnished nicely. It had everything we needed. It was really great to be right in the centre of Tamarindo, easy walking access to all the restaurants, shops, and beach. We never rented a car for our trip, and definitely didn’t need it around Tamarindo. One of the highlights for sure was the awesome pool. It was really large, with lots of other kids and families using it. It also had a nice swim up bar to order drinks. The pool area was significantly bigger and better than we expected. RPM property management was also great. I had a few questions prior to our trip and during our stay, and they promptly responded. Great experience all around, would definitely recommend the unit to anybody. ##### Matt B.
