Located on the white sands of Playa Langosta, just a short 10 minute walk to the center of Tamarindo, Crystal Sands was designed to match the beauty of its natural surroundings. Lush tropical gardens and landscaping embrace the expansive common area, which includes a large pool, spa, and outdoor covered dining area. Extra conveniences, such as outdoor beach showers, and underground parking add to the amenities inside the secure perimeter.

The condo is large – 3100 square feet. Inside the unit you’ll find an expansive and luxurious living and dining area. Cable TV and free Wifi keep you connected to the outside world as you spread out and relax on the deck over looking the Pacific Ocean. A large gas BBQ on the deck is perfect for grilling your favorite seafood and the elegant custom kitchen will give you the opportunity to create your special tropical delights. And better yet you can dine on the balcony, while enjoying the truly magnificent sunsets

Three large bedrooms each with a private bath and spacious closets give each visitor the chance for privacy and quiet time if they choose. The master bedroom is huge, with sliding glass doors that open to the deck.

High-coffered ceilings, Travertine stone floors, and natural stone tile showers add to the opulence of this already stunning condo. Modern amenities include granite countertops, European style wood cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances.

Absolutely beautiful Condo! We arrived to a clean, beautifully decorated condo with a welcome gift of fresh local bread and coffee. The mornings and evenings spent on the balcony were wonderful. Lovely beach outside, and a short walk to either Tamarindo beach or Playa Longasta. We rented a golf cart and found it very easy to get groceries etc. We will definitely be back. Will miss those sunsets!

Amazing place! We have been to Annettes place several times and it’s amazing every time.The owner is a pleasure to deal with and the managing company is great. You can tell they care about their property and have bought new appliances in the kitchen, fans on the terrace, new washer dryer etc. It is very well maintained. The Location on Langosta beach can’t be beat. We hope to be back soon.

My family spent 10 days at this immaculate spot, perfect for families or mid sized mature groups. We really enjoyed the semi private beach front access and close proximity to Tamarindo (accessible via walking the beach or down the street).The unit itself was exceptionally clean, equipped with modern amenities and a fully equipped kitchen and misc supplies.The hosts were wonderful to deal with, excellent communication and very gracious and helpful when planning our vacation. The information booklet was very helpful ranging from recommending restaurants, health care options (which we needed) to planning our day trips. I rate this location a solid 10/10 and hope to return again some day.Dad - travelling with 4 young girls aged 23 to 15.

Loved this property! Annette was an excellent host. She communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The unit is very spacious and comfortable. The AC works great. The views are amazing. Everything you need is in the apartment- plenty of towels, extra bedding, beach chairs, kitchen stuff, etc. The gated security is great and we felt very safe. Once we backed up a toilet, and the property manager sent someone immediately to fix it. Also, this unit is very quiet. We did not hear any street noise or noise from neighbors. The pool is really nice - the pics don't do it justice.This unit has a great parking spot, in a corner with an outlet. We were able to park two 4 person golf carts back to back in the space without a problem. We really enjoyed the golf carts we rented from Earth Gear. We enjoyed dinners at Fish and Cheese (very short walk), Pangas (one of our favorites), Patagonia (steak), the food court behind Patagonia (Mercadito). Our favorite meal was the BBQ on the Beach at Hotel Captain Suisse (book/prepay in advance, only Friday nights). Breakfast at Sophia was delicious and a short walk from the condo.We especially enjoyed surf lessons from SALT (Surf as Life Therapy). Amazing experience!Groceries and sunscreen are really really expensive, so try to pick up on the way from the airport in Villa Real.

The condo is beautiful and so big! Way better than we expected. The balcony views are amazing. We enjoyed that everything we could possibly need was provided including everything for the beach. Annette is a wonderful and very helpful hostess! The condo and entire facility are amazing! The condo is extremely roomy. The kitchen is well stocked with all that is needed to prepare meals, excluding food. The bedrooms and baths are modern, large and very comfortable. The pool is great, the ocean very accessible. TV’s connect to anything you might want to watch. Staff is quite friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking to schedule a trip to CR! Pura Vida!

An Unforgettable Escape to Paradise!

Our stay at this spacious 3-bedroom condo in Playa Langosta was truly exceptional – a perfect 10 out of 10 experience! The condo itself was flawless, and we absolutely adored the expansive patio overlooking the ocean. We began most mornings with walks on the beach, followed by coffee on the patio, occasionally enjoying the delightful sight of monkeys in the nearby trees on a couple of occasions – a wonderful bonus! The decor was beautiful, the condo was super clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful and luxurious stay.The location was ideal. We truly appreciated being in the tranquil, high-end neighborhood of Playa Langosta, yet still incredibly close to the lively town of Tamarindo. Renting a golf cart made for super convenient and quick access to all the Tamarindo action.The condo's kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, which made preparing most of our meals at "home" a breeze and a pleasure. Dining al fresco on the patio, with that breathtaking ocean view, was a daily highlight. For the evenings we chose to dine out, we highly recommend two fantastic local spots: Fishes and Cheeses and Sofia's.Our hosts were, without a doubt, the absolute best. Their communication was excellent, and they were a pleasure to work with. What truly set them apart was how impeccably maintained and perfect the condo was.

Great first visit to Costa Rica

We loved the spaciousness of this condo but most of all, loved the private outdoor space. The condo is on the third floor of a five story condo complex but we could not hear or see others staying around us. The sunsets were spectacular and different every evening. You hear the waves of the ocean which is wonderful. Pool was very clean and enjoyed it as well. Great proximity to the restaurants. I do recommend renting a car or golf cart.

This place was huge! Room for our family of 4 to spread out but also enjoy time together on the deck or in the family room. Great location- peaceful but close to the action if you want that. Great restaurants close by. Kitchen is so well equipped. I cooked NYE’s dinner and had everything I needed. Highly recommend

Truly Excellent Stay

This condo really is even better than described; we would have given it 6 stars if that was an option. The view is incredible, the rooms are all very large, and the property is beautiful (we even saw howler monkeys in the trees in the stunning garden below). It is one of the best outfitted VRBOs we've been in with dozens of utensils for cooking, beach towels and equipment, good security and parking, proactive and responsive management, and perfect location. All around amazing place that we'd rent again!

Beautiful!

The location is beautiful, and everything was just as advertised. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We loved being so close to all of the activities, yet we felt so secluded spending every evening on the enormous patio. Beautiful Condo!

We spent a week at this beautiful condo! Everything was as described, if not better! The space and the views were spectacular! The condo was more than well equipped for our needs. Also very clean! The location is excellent with restaurants and shops within walking distance.We would walk into Tamarindo, and take taxi back if we had goods to carry. We did rent a golf cart for some of our stay which was very handy. Overall, we would highly recommend this property. Our host, Annette was so helpful and very responsive. A memorable vacation at this beautiful location.

Had a fantastic stay at Crystal Sands! Very clean and spacious. Home is fully stocked with lots of kitchen ware and many extra beach towels/bath towels and extra bedding/pillows/comforters. Extra supplies stocked for kitchen and laundry. Rented a golf cart for the week and that was perfect for getting around Langosta and Tamarindo. RPM management company promptly helped us with anything we needed. They also arranged driver to and from airport for us. Very helpful. We hope to be back!

Beautiful Condo on the Beach

Our family of 5 had a wonderful week at this property. It is located right on the beach and the morning views and sunsets from the porch are truly spectacular. The unit itself is clean and modern, very solid. It is a little walk into town - maybe a half mile to the busy area - but it felt very safe. You can also walk down the beach to get into town. It’s a nice beach walk, but a little rocky. The beach right outside the building is pretty rocky too. The sandy part of the beach is maybe a 5-10 minute walk away. It’s a quiet part of Tamarindo, so I guess it depends what you are looking for - if you are looking for a party place with easy access to all the bars and restaurants, this probably isn’t for you. If you are ok going back and forth into town (we rented a car, but a lot of people had golf carts) then this is a great spot. Pool was nice. We used it a couple times. Gated building with parking. Guards were super nice. All in all it was a great property and Tamarindo is a beautiful, fun town.

Awesome place!

Can’t Be Beat

A fantastic view of the ocean. Everything you can think of in this very spacious condo. Immaculate. Pool and sandy beaches within steps. Be prepared during droughts that you must buy drinking water. Clarify initial steps to enter unit. Owner very timely in answering questions and assisting us when we needed help.
