Featuring a spacious floor plan comprised of a main home with four bedrooms and a separate casita equipped with its own full bathroom, this sunny estate is perfect for a large family getaway. Beautiful glass doors open the home to the private outdoor space, allowing you to enjoy the pleasant Costa Rican weather. The breezy back patio comes furnished for alfresco dining and lazy lounging with features including a hammock and poolside recliners. A deluxe grill station equipped with a dedicated beverage fridge is ready for backyard barbecues. An indoor/outdoor sound system lets you enjoy your favorite tunes no matter the gathering spot. A 75-inch smart TV sets the stage for epic family movie nights in the living room. One-gigabyte high-speed WiFi is equipped for web browsing or remote working. Each bedroom includes en suite bathroom access and mounted air-conditioners are equipped throughout the entire home.

Things to Know
We provide daily cleaning and breakfast services from Monday through Saturday. The cost of groceries for breakfast is not included in the service; guests are responsible for purchasing and covering the cost of these items. Also, have an in-house concierge. They can arrange grocery shopping for guests for an additional fee.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY IN TAMARINDO

THE HOUSE IS SPACIOUS AND WAS VERY COMFORTABLE FOR 8 ADULTS AND 5 CHILDREN. THE FURNISHINGS COULD USE AN UPDATE IN TERMS OF COMFORT BUT OVERALL THE AMBIANCE OF THE HOUSE IS WONDERFUL. THE POOL WAS DELIGHTFUL. RECOMMEND GETTING A GOLF CART IF YOU DON'T HAVE A CAR. IT IS A 10-15 MINUTE WALK TO THE DOWNTOWN AND BEACH AREA OVER FAIRLY ROUGH ROADS. CART WAS VERY HELPFUL FOR GROCERIES AND MOVING KIDS BACK AND FORTH THROUGH THE DAY. WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN IF WE CAME BACK TO TAMARINDO.
