We tried contacting reception on multiple occasions but were never able to get through, and the reception desk closes at 5pm, which further limited support when needed. « The studio is basic but comfortable and had everything that we needed for the week that we spent there. The owner is friendly and welcoming.  The week we were there was very wet, but we still got out and about to visit the Llanfair Slate Caverns, Harlech Castle, Barmouth, etc.  We also had some lovely long walks and bike rides. »

« Great stay! Could t fault the accommodation at all! 5 min drive from zip world, host left some extras for us, tea coffee sugar milk bottle of bubbly and some chocolates and shortbread! Excellent touch! Some nice walks nearby weather your a novice or a professional hiker something for everyone! Will definitely stay again! « Notre séjour dans ce petit gîte de Rhyd Ddu a été très agréable. Le gîte est très bien équipé et confortable. Le jardin est malheureusement difficilement accessible. Nous aurions aimé en profiter plus facilement, surtout que toute la semaine a été ensoleillée !D'autre part, nous savions que le gîte se trouvait dans le village mais ne pensions pas que ce serait aussi bruyant, étant au bord de la rue principale.Et malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu profiter du Tea Room situé juste en face....

« I think the name means darling accommodation and it certainly is. I gave five stars for cleanliness but would say it’s worth double that, absolutely spotless. Owners have thought of so much to make it perfect. It’s much better than the pictures so many nice touches and too many to mention.Short walk to the riverside if you talking a dog, PLAS YN DRE very close and dog friendly serves nice food. Good bakery close by. We loves the appartment and Bala, which is very friendly. »
