"This hotel was awesome! Friendly and helpful staff. The onsen was a nice experience. The room was large for a Japan hotel. The only room for improvement feedback I have is to have them have more washer and dryer machines. I had to wait 50 minutes just to get a washer. The dryer setting on the first ..."

"Such an amazing place to stay. The staff were great and spoke fluent English. The room was also great with a comfy bed.

"The room was super spacious and comfortable for our family of 4 for 6 nights. Although it is not right in the centre of the action, it is in a great location with good food and konbini near by. About 20 minutes to the downtown area and less than 10 minutes to the subway station."
