This hotel is clearly more for bringing back lady’s of the night than to enjoy a comfortable stay in Taipei. I usually stay in hostels or Couchsurfing and can rough it when needed. But, to spend money on a hotel to find it in such a horrid state seems ridiculous. When booking nothing was mentioned about the damp and cigarette smells that linger everywhere. I have attached an image of the dirty carpet with burnt holes in it for reference of standard. Nor is it highlighted that your bed will be dirty.
