But we were later told after checked in that we need to move to the standard room after 1 night stay otherwise we will need to pay for the differences. It posed a lot of inconvenience for us and so we refused to pay. The moving wasted a lot of our precious time. The eventual room that we are assigned while clean is smaller than what we saw on the website. We are rather disappointed by the poor service. The room is reasonably clean though. Overall, if I am to go back to Taichung again, I will not going back to FM hotel. The way I was treated doesn’t make me feel that I am a customer to them.
