Location was great (never more than 200m from a bus), staff helpful, communal water dispensers, door on the shower, modern place, luggage storage. Negatives were that the fridge didn't keep food cold, there were hairs randomly around, the air conditioning was never at the temperature I set it at (although it was close), the sink drain plug wouldn't stay open, the shower leaked into the rest of the bathroom, plus I don't think they wash the floors often as there were stains around that were possible to be wiped away.

The breakfast was impressive, at another hotel next door though. The self-check-in process was not smooth and the AC was not working properly. Good for the value in general.

Practical

The room we got was convenient, practical and central located. Popular spots are easily accessed by youbike or by foot. We did encountered some difficulties when checking in, but the customer support was able to help us solved the problem. The room is compact; shower is spacious. Most importantly it's clean.

Excellent property and very convenient to the transportation. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

Staff was very nice. I asked the receptionist about taking uber to airport and she even came out to wait for the uber with me. Place was clean and tidy as well. I called a few days before checking in to change to lower floor and they accommodate my change. They also provide free breakfast buffet every morning.

Looked like a boutique hotel from the outside but not so much on the inside. Not the cleanest but location was a plus point (it was near gancheng station where you could take a bus out to Sun Moon Lake). There were many homeless around that area too, not that they bothered you or anything.

Housekeeping is slip slop. Furniture is stained and dirtied. Toilet paper is not replenished. Linen is not changed. Television is not working. Breakfast is 2 out of 3 stars. The ultimate put off is intentionally blocking off guest’s call at designated time. I pray no one ever require emergency attention in this hotel. I have my reservations booking through your platform.

部屋は清潔で思ったより広く良い空間だった。冷蔵庫が冷えず、スイッチもなかったと思うがどうやって使うのかわからなかった。冷蔵庫は物が腐ったような匂いもした。 隣の部屋の水が流れる音が大きく聞こえてびっくりした。 フロントのスタッフは優しくて、荷物も預かってくれる。
