The staff was very friendly, they arranged pick up from the airport and put me in contact with a driver for private transportation during my stay. "We have found our little piece of heaven. From the minute we arrived to a lovely welcome and tour of the beautiful hotel and facilities to the moment we left two weeks later it’s been outstanding in every way. Our Butler Valley Pool Villa was amazing with its own pool sitting amongst the jungle with the river running in the background was kept spotlessly clean by the housekeeping team morning and night, they were all so friendly helpful and unobtrusive The whole hotel staff knew our names and made us feel part of a family nothing was ever too much trouble Vanara restaurant which we frequented for both breakfast and evening meals served delicious and authentic foods offering a variety of Indonesian asian and western foods, the service from the restaurant team was again second to none and attentive The spa set above the river is so serene and relaxing and provides amazing treatments to suit everyone The bars serve drinks using well known international brands and we have also discovered some lovely Bali made wines which we will be trying to source upon our return home then the UK The way the hotel has been designed and built within the natural habitat is very sympathetic and is simply beautiful despite the obvious challenge to maintain the site is kept spotlessly clean and presented immaculately We will definitely be returning to our little piece of heaven on earth"

"Our stay at Padma Resort Ubud was exceptional, and it was easily one of the highlights of our trip to Indonesia. One of the biggest standouts was the food. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered probably the best diversity of cuisines I have experienced at any hotel in the world. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Fire & Feast experience, which included an incredible platter with five different proteins, sides, sauces, soup, salad, and gelato. There is also so much to do within the resort. We enjoyed the hike to the bamboo bridge, and the hotel offers numerous complimentary activities, including archery, golf, animal feeding, and fishing. The swimming pool and fitness center were also excellent, and I appreciated being able to maintain my daily exercise routine. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the service was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was kind, friendly, and hospitable, and we appreciated the welcome drinks upon arrival. The location is also convenient for exploring Ubud and the surrounding attractions. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and feel this resort deserves even more recognition. With stronger marketing, I think Padma Resort Ubud could easily become an even more well-known destination. We would absolutely stay here again."

"We stayed at 4 hotels in Bali and this was the BEST! Super good deal for the luxury you get, everything was WOW and the food at their restaurant was amazing. The only bad thing was that the hot water in the shower would run out after a few minutes, you’ll have to wait for it to heat up again."
