All staff were outstandingly friendly and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcomed. A special mention to Putu Ari, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and Deni (our lovely driver) To celebrate the team surprised us with a beautiful flower bath and cake which was such a romantic and thoughtful touch. I received a birthday blessing whilst having a floating breakfast...AMAZING!! All meals and drinks were so delicious, and the evening entertainment was fantastic. The acoustic guitarist was incredible— he somehow knew every song we requested — and the traditional dancers were captivating and authentic. We also loved the yoga sessions in the breathtaking pavilion overlooking the jungle — a truly serene experience. The Spa was incredible and one of the best we’ve experienced, leaving us completely relaxed and refreshed. We loved egg painting with Ranazurana too.
