« Host was welcoming and the place was beautiful-- a ton of amazing wood furniture. The room was connected to the rest of their house which was a surprise but the location felt fairly private. Bathroom and kitchen were small but clean. It was an intimate stay and would do it again! »

« The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. »

« The property was very nice and the location was great for visiting both Salem and Boston. Unfortunately the listing on VRBO wasn't accurate as to what the property was. When the host was contacted about the discrepancy a full refund was offered. We did not take him up on that and stayed anyway. The listing was changed in VRBO almost immediately after I brought up the issue. All in all we had a great time in the area and I would recommend visiting to anyone. »

« Loved the location and ability to walk to all of our planned destinations. The house was quiet with a lovely courtyard and very nice neighbors.
Inside the house was well decorated and very clean. We felt very secure and safe.
