The house is composed of two separate units top and bottom with 2 bedrooms each and living room and kitchen in each. We were two families so the separate areas worked great for privacy. The upstairs has the large balcony so we spent time together up there. The beach is a quick ride or 10- 15 minute easy walk. The golf cart was very convenient. We used it for drives around the neighborhood, to get to the beach each day, and when we went to the neighborhood pool. We enjoyed our time on the upstairs deck overlooking the neighborhood, grilling out, and watching far off lightning storms in the evening. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels provided for use in the house. We brought our own beach umbrellas and chairs but there were also some available there, along with a couple boogie boards. Thanks for a great vacation stay! ##### Julie T. It was big enough for our family and almost everything we needed was supplied for us, including sheets and towels. There were some repairs needed while we were there but Kali communicated everything with us in advance and was always available when I had any questions. Having a golf cart was wonderful! And the key card provided was a life saver for going to the ocean! We loved being able to sit on the porch and just relax as well!
