3-5mins walk from our room. Room is big and good ac, cooking facilities and fridge. A lot of activities to do inside the area both for adults and kids. ( just check the time slots in the reception) Negative: expensive parking, kind of tricky to understand finding the reception. "

"We enjoyed our 9-day-stay at Hotel Osam. The staff was extremely friendly (receptionists and waiters, all really sweet). Location of the hotel is perfect, very close to the centre and not far from the beaches. What could eventually be improved is to add some decoration in the rooms as it seemed a bit too “plain”, however neat. It also would’ve been nice to have some background music at the breakfast restaurant and pool area."

"Quite simple room (104) but with furnished balcony. Really from 1970 with all the brown stuff... Comfortable bed, nice bedsheets and bathtowels. Rather bad wifi/slow, no lift (but helpful staff). "Starting with the positive, this hotel truly shines when it comes to its proximity to the beach and local attractions. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. However, our recent stay was unfortunately marred by a series of issues that impacted our experience. In one of our rooms, we encountered a clogged shower and a broken air conditioning unit, making for an uncomfortable stay. The refrigerator was also noticeably dirty upon arrival. In the second room, the AC unit was leaking. These maintenance issues are simply unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Considering we booked this hotel specifically for its beach amenities, we were severely let down, for two out of our four days, the hotel ran out of beach towels by 10 AM, with staff unable to provide any estimate for when more would be available. Furthermore, the hotel's beach chairs were completely claimed by 5 AM every morning, forcing us to pay for external chairs daily. This completely negated one of the primary reasons we chose this hotel. To compound these problems, the hotel staff seemed indifferent to our concerns. When we brought these issues to their attention, while they addressed them, there was a distinct lack of empathy or urgency to resolve them. A more friendly and proactive approach from the staff would have gone a long way in mitigating our frustration. While the location is undeniably a major draw, the multitude of problems was notable. "
