i couldn't adjust the room temperature it seems to be fixed and the mattress seemed worn out but everything was clean. and the price of the room was good and lots of free parking so overall it was good value

Lovely place to stay. Miles and John went out of their way to accommodate me. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean. Doors aren’t sound proof. You can hear all the noise in the halls.

The housekeeping didn’t show up and when they finally did they didn’t do a good job leaving glasses still dirty.

The staff were excellent and the service in the concierge lounge, regular lounge, and coffee shop was outstanding. I was a bit concerned pulling up as the exterior looks old and worn but my room (on one of the concierge floors) was decent. The bathroom was like new, bed comfy, and massive new tv. I had to unplug the microwave to plug in the coffee maker which required me to move a few things around, and there were a few rips in the wallpaper or scuffs on walls but nothing major . I’d definitely stay again and stay with the concierge package - free breakfast and two free drinks in the evening was a nice treat!
