Only a short walk to both the patrolled surf beach and the off leash dog beach as well as the vibrant cafe precinct. Other popular beaches such as Moffat Beach and Kings Beach are close by and are perfect places to explore and relax. There's a wonderful walking/cycling track from Dicky Beach through to Currimundi which provides another safe and sheltered location for a calm water swim or a lazy afternoon eating ice-cream. Sleeping up to 8 people, this two-story house boasts ample space and open living areas perfect for families and friends to enjoy. There's no shortage of room for entertaining with an expansive outdoor deck upstairs for dining or relaxing, plus a Bbq and sitting area downstairs to cook up a meal while watching the kids splash in the pool. Of course, the little ones love the awesome cubby house, guaranteed to keep them entertained for hours. There are books to read and a variety of board games available to play when relaxing. Other features of the house include a fully equipped kitchen with stone benchtops, coffee machine, full sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, large screen TVs both upstairs and downstairs, full laundry facilities, separate ensuite attached to the master bedroom downstairs and an extra shower and toilet in the laundry to rinse off after a beach outing. The home is fully furnished and beautifully styled to offer that perfect, relaxing holiday for you and your family. A baby gate for the staircase is available on request at no charge if required. However it was very disappointing to have travelled all day to arrive at the house and have to make our beds and then strip them before leaving, this was not explained in the original advertising. No dishwasher tablets provided, 1 garbage bag in the kitchen, a tiny amount of dishwashing liquid 2 rolls of toilet paper. Other B an B's we have stayed in both here and in New Zealand have provided all this and more, we have never had to make our beds on arrival or remove bedding when leaving. The Real Estate was not easy to contact at all, and was extremely slow in returning emails or phone calls. Check in process was not clear and 2 other families had similar issues when we went to pick up keys. I had asked for early check in and was put off and then it was forgotten about. We will not be using this Real estate again if it connected to B and B's in this area. ##### kim W. The trolley was very helpful getting to the beach every day. Dicky beach is beautiful with a nice small row of shops nearby. Everything was perfect other than the beds weren't made even though linen is provided and no hand soap provided. The keys to the house are in Caloundra which wasn't ideal either. Property was amazing, really nice space, upstairs living/dining/kitchen with 2 double rooms and 1 twin, downstairs has the big en-suite and second living room area. We had so much area and the teenagers loved having their own rooms/retreat. We absolutely loved the pool. We wanted to live there and wish our stay had been longer.
