Propre, aimable, bon petit dej (changé tous les jours, gauffres, croissant style burger, bacon...céréales, oatmeal,yaourts...), le seul défaut serait le matelas du canapé lit où on sent les ressorts, pour un enfant pas de soucis, plus compliqué pour un adulte je pense. Très calme malgré la proximité autoroute, rien entendu. Piscine non testée car en février il faisait -5° ;) et fermée hors saison, mais elle paraissait bien. Walmart à proximité... »

« There was power outage in the building. The staff could have called the individual room and updated us what happened or what was happening. But there was absolutely no communication. When I check out, the front desk lady took my email and said she would email me the receipt. It has been 24 hours and no email as yet. »

« Very quiet, clean rooms, great fitness and pool facilities! A simple but filling breakfast and we also got a bonus complimentary meal on Wednesday evening. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and wished we could stay longer. »

« The bathroom biggest disappointment was the tub with mold and dirt especially around the tub and underneath the cracks, the grout was gross and the ceiling had black spots . There was a chair that had crumbs in it that I believed should have been cleaned before it was given to another visitor. But that bathroom grout on the floor and the corners and bottom of the outside bathtub was gross I have pictures. Twice between 4 AM and 6 AM the smoke detectors went off only in our room apparently...

« Suite had totally separate bedroom and living space. Larger refrigerator with freezer compartment as well as a dishwasher. Good size bathroom. »

« Breakfast was good. Room was never clean. Payed for king suite, got two beds. Had to remove trash and get fresh towels ourselves. Glad to have hot coffee and tea available at any time. Would stay again with some improvements »

« Très bon séjour dans l’hôtel, prix très raisonnable. Je recommande les suites avec une chambre séparée. Chambre très propre et lit confortable. Bon petit déjeuner, mais pas assez de tables quand l’hôtel est complet. Facile d'accès en voiture et nombreux restaurants à proximité. J'y retournerai lors de mon prochain séjour à Fort Worth. »

« Bathroom door jammed pretty bad. Told front desk but no action. Thankfully we are strong so could handle it - no worries. Otherwise, everything was awesome!!! »

« I had a wonderful stay. Emily at the front desk was amazing and incredibly helpful. She was very attentive , I appreciated her! Could use a few more servers and help. It’s a busy place! The wait to order a drink or food was over 10 minutes. And the fact that there’s only one place to order and check out if you’re sitting on the patio, a bit problematic. If they had another area open for ordering and paying for food, specifically for the Terrace area, that would be incredibly helpful. Other...

« The stay was okay, but you definitely get what you pay for. The room was very humid, there wasn’t always someone at the front desk depending on the time, and we even got a call before checkout asking if we were leaving early. If I had to do it again I’d spend the extra $20 and stay somewhere else. »

« Everything was perfect but it stayed 67° in my room. I couldn’t change it in the wall. Lowered the temp twice on the unit. Managed to get it to 69° when I woke up the next morning. I like it cold but whewww! »
