"Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich eher in der wasserabgewandten Region von Warnemünde. Sie hat weniger maritimen, eher den schicken Charme einer prenzelberger Altbauwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sauber und für Hochpaterre überraschend ruhig - allerdings waren wir in der Nebensaison da. Einkaufsgelegenheiten und die Promenade Am Strom sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Strand läuft man allerdings gut 10 min. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend."

"Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage. Direkt am Alten Strom gelegen mit allen Restaurants und Geschäften rund herum. Ist auch sehr geräumig - großes Wohnzimmer mit Doppelbett, Terrasse etc. Allerdings muss das Objekt mal dringend renoviert/saniert werden. Es ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt dadurch alt und verbraucht. Matratzen sind durchgelegen, Teppichboden in einem Schlafzimmer sehr oll, Geräte (Kaffeemaschine) nicht voll funktionsfähig. Steinfliesen auf der Terrasse eher ungemütlich....
