"I was thinking it’s a Holiday Inn Express we won’t have any issues. The pool was freezing and no hot tub both super disappointing! Housekeeping service horrible. We stayed 3 nights. One day only one bed was changed never restocked the toelet paper had to run out to get more, and the second night we didn’t get any of our bath towels face towels, shower towels, restocked, other than two towels with three people staying in the room. There was just never any consistency and the hotel was not even full or sold out.. "
