The quiet business area is on the main floor, so you can relax, eat snacks, read a book, watch a game on your tablet, plug in to charge your device, sleep while waiting for your ride, or sit in a peaceful spot. "We will contact Hotels.com. Promised transportation to the Cruise Port was not honored. We booked this property because of this benefit; confirmed the benefit at check-in and were given a contact number to call. When we arrived at the port, driver asked us to pay. We called the property and were told it was an error on the front desk clerk's part, but they refused to make it right. We paid in order to make our cruise departure time."
