Property was unique because the cabins had no bathroom. Like a campground - have to use common bathroom and showers. This was not clear in the listing. Hot tub is nearby but it is wood fired, takes 3 hr to heat up and you have to buy wood from the property. It's OK if you knew what you were getting. I don't think it was clear in front when I booked.

Awful stay. Beds are rotten and so uncomfortable. If you enjoy springs in your back, paper thin pillows and an all around uncomfortable stay - just stay here. It’s quiet time at 10pm and I got told off by reception desk knocking down my door at 9pm to be quiet…I was with my parents and two children - it wasn’t even a party, just normal chatter and walking. Soured the experience. This place is the worst. Stay here if you want a bad time.

Thank you Trevor (Head Butler)! Your helpful suggestions made my boyfriend’s milestone an absolute success. Kiran, Chef Yoshi, and the pastry chef, thank you for being able to accommodate the special request birthday cake. My boyfriend loved the cake. Staff were all friendly, polite and helpful. We will definitely be coming back. Though not being able to adjust the temperature in the corner suite was different. Had to ask the butler to adjust but can only be 5C difference of what they set. There was a pedestal fan in the room, that did help.
