An absolute nightmare of an experience. Booking with Globalstay Inc. resulted in gross administrative negligence, a wrongfully withheld $500 security deposit, and a $976.94 towing fee due entirely to their mistakes. Before check-in, Globalstay explicitly sent me WRITTEN instructions including a PHOTO to park our vehicle in stall #350. On the second night, when we arrived and found the spot occupied, I contacted them. They later admitted in writing that it was a "misunderstanding on their end" and that they had accidentally given us instructions meant for another guest. However, that was not before our vehicle had been towed, forcing us to pay out of pocket to retrieve it from the impound lot. Since then, Globalstay has been ghosting me and have refused to take accountability for the financial damages their false documentation caused. We will be avoiding Globalstay Inc. at all costs. They gave us incorrect instructions, cause our vehicle to be towed, and now are using our deposit to cover their own liabilities.
