Town of Strathmore Municipal Office Tours and Activities

We were excited to book this property. The terms on the property website were pretty strict, so we were happy to book it through Expedia to get better pricing and flexibility. Unfortunately, we had difficulty connecting with the property for the needed information about checking in, etc. I gave them my cell number and got it sorted. The property is pretty remote. Our “box” was very nice, as pictured online. All the information was via QR code which made it hard to access quickly or repeatedly. No information on heating/cooling. We would have preferred hard copies for the majority of the information within the room. The steps to our cabin were very vertical, no hand railing. No fun hauling suitcases up and down. The bed was comfortable with multiple settings. Bring your own pillows, theirs are too firm. The bathroom was very nice. The spa was a nice amenity . We didn’t use the fire pit .

one side of the hotel is across the street from the train platform and even with windows closed, the noise was disruptive and ran in the early hours of the morning

Room was clean. People were very friendly and very helpful. Love the hotel.
