The staff was very friendly at the front desk and allowed us to check out later than the usual time. Everything was quite seamless from beginning to end. "

"Overall a very nice hotel. I liked that they had pour over coffee in the room with fresh cream feels much cleaner than a coffee pot. The heated pools were very nice and the views are really lovely. They give you bus passes for the length of your stay. The coffee shop and restaurant were both good and there’s a convenient store right across the street if you need anything else. "
