We deeply regret that your experience at our Marriott residence did not meet your expectations. We understand your disappointment with the limited room cleaning service, and we acknowledge that our current policy of cleaning rooms every 3 days may not align with your expectations. Additionally, we understand your frustration with the paid parking situation nearby, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, but we do not have our own parking lot and our guests have to either find free parking nearby, or use the Parcus - Wacken public parking garage.Your feedback is important to us, and we will use it to review and improve our services to provide a more satisfying stay for our guests in the future.

We are sorry you believe there was no problem solving from our behalf, however as the reservation was made via Expedia and active for that passed date, the reservation could not be changed due to certain limitations in directly handling bookings made through third-party platforms. Furthermore, the room had been kept for your arrival and could not be sold.We are sorry about the communication issue we encountered with the agent from Expedia, we will ensure this does not happen again. We apologize if you found the sheets to be dirty, please do not hesitate contacting us at any time to solve this type of issue as our front desk team is available 24h/7.
