"The unit was very clean and provided all the necessary linens, utensils and paper products needed. It was a pet friendly unit which was nice. The only problem we had was accessing the unit. It was ground level entry, but parking was up a steep incline making it difficult for older people. I contacted Scott and he quickly made accommodations for parking. He was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Neighbors above and outside were loud and rowdy on Friday night so not a lot of sleep that night. Not something the owner could remedy - just inconsiderate folks!"

"I can not say enough about this place! We stayed 2 nights. The room was great, spacious, clean and everything you could think of was available! (Pots, pans, stove, fridge, etc, which btw, the fridge was larger than the normal hotel fridge). The view was beautiful, check-in was extremely easy, close to everything too! We enjoyed out stay so much and hated to leave. We will certainly come back to Hot Springs and will not stay anywhere but here! It's a little dated, however, it felt more like "Home" versus a hotel stay! I love that every room had its own balcony w/ supplied table & chairs. The dock was a great added benefit & we enjoyed sitting on it day & night. The large room was great & spacious. Everything was extremely clean & the color scheme of the room allowed for a homey feeling versus the dreaded "Hotel" feeling. Thank you very much to The Hamilton for this great stay. We can't wait to come back and have already told so many people about this hidden gem!!"

"Comfortable bed, wonderful view, quiet location. Make sure you arrive with a jeep, truck, or AWD car as climbing up the gravel drive is steep and rugged. Amenities are plenty and Starlink internet is strong. Verify with owner that they are stocked up on toilet paper and paper towels. Also make sure you're able to climb the ladder upstairs to the loft bed. Well decorated and new feeling as of late 2026. Owner was available when needed. Depending on where exactly in Hot Springs you want to go, the drive can take 25 to 40 minutes. I would recommend this place for a couple's get away. Although be aware this County has no alcohol sales on Sundays."
