« When we arrived at the hotel we were charged an extra £10 to park. No mention of that booking. The Hotel looked like it had been closed down for refurbishment wet paint signs all in reception no furniture. arrived at our rooms had beautiful views but rooms were very tired and dated. carpets are filthy and radiators, filthy bathroom really outdated blocked toilets no loo roll. Shower was awful no power whatsoever very very small cubicle.Just one cup in a room for two people. Kettle has old water...

« We are family of four with 2 kids and we booked the big deluxe cottage with double bedroom. To be honest it was our best experience in uk ever. Property is very well maintained and this cottage had kitchen as well, so well equipped that you can cook anything in there, giant living room and bedrooms also very spacious. « We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations. No pool/spa/gym/food. Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it. 2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place. Overall disappointed with the stay and feel it should be closed during renovations. The resort could be amazing but needs a lot of repairs. For what was a basic room...
