"Great weeks stay. Breakfasts were superb, great choice. Ate a couple of nights at the hotel,evening meals we had were very good. Hotel in a beautiful setting."

"Staff in the restaurant/spa bar/spa were really helpful and pleasant. The indoor pool was great. Sadly we didn't get to use the outdoor pool as it rained but it did look very nice. View from our room was lovely too. We booked breakfast on one day but found it too much after dinner the previous night. We ate at taste of Cornwall one night. The food was very good but the room was very dark and the music stopped a couple of times and nobody around to turn it back on, so lacked a nice ambience."

"Its an old pub ideally located for a stay in charlestown our room was big and comfortable cleaned every day breakfast was great the staff amazing would stay again if we could have that room"

"This was a perfect location for walking the South West Coast Path. The bed linen needs updating and the property was very dated. There was no cold water in the main bathroom for the bath. The views are stunning."

"Good communication with owner. Easy check in/key retrieval. The most amazing views, even when weather bad. Spacious rooms. Facilities all in good order, although some a little tired. Kitchen well equipped for what we needed.We enjoyed our stay, and would come back again. "
