"The Pros: The 3 patios are incredible! So much room and seating for a big group. The house is surrounded on 3 sides by greenery so it feels very private. The A/C is powerful!!! We had a lot of hot sleepers and no one was ever too hot. The kitchen and downstairs bar has lots of storage for drinks, the oven/stove top works great and it's nice to have a separate coffee area. There are a lot of nice boogie boards and beach toys! Walking to the beach in 5-10 min is really nice too since our group was...
