"Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende mit einer großen Freundes Gruppe im Haus. Es ist alles super sauber und ordentlich und das Haus ist sehr groß mit tollem anliegenden Garten. Wir würden wiederkommen!"

"
If you're looking for the best hotel in Europe for the price, I highly recommend this one. It's a renovated castle where you'll feel like royalty. The staff is friendly, the rooms are impeccably clean, and the views are spectacular. At night, you can enjoy a bar located underground, where the ancient castle walls add a unique charm. This hotel offers an unforgettable experience."

"As good as ever. Great rooms, Spotless and comfortable. An elegant hotel. They've had an ongoing problem with not having a chef but that's about to change they tell me. Remains my go to hotel for Spa"

"This hotel is a large standard hotel in a fabulous position to explore Monschau and the surrounding area. Car park is a huge bonus.
Our room was on the 5th floor. A reasonable size, clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Staff were helpful and friendly.
Would return if in the area."

"The hotel completely exceeded our expectations! We booked at the last minute as our travels plans were changed, and just needed a hotel that suited a young family. We were due to arrive very late and after the check-in desk closed, but when we spoke with the hotel they said 'no problem'. The cleanliness and spaciousness of our room was perfect - far exceeded my expectation. Quiet, comfortable, cosy duvet and really good location for continuing our journey in the morning. Additional bonus was the buffet breakfast in the morning that we didn't realise was included! Freshly cooked eggs, warm croissants, home made jam and bread, fruit, cheese, meats etc. Wonderful. Would highly recommend this hotel and a real gem of a find!"
