"Hotel, room, and restaurants were great. The spa was disappointing. We booked two deep tissue massages for my wife and I, which were specifically confirmed as such prior to booking them. The massages were superficial and could be considered a relaxation massage at best. We both asked the masseuse to apply more pressure, but they must have not been very experienced because they did were not receptive. "Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt, vor allem dank des super freundlichen und aufmerksamen Personals. Der Service war durchweg hervorragend – man wurde stets herzlich empfangen und gut betreut, was definitiv zum Wohlfühlfaktor beigetragen hat.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Frühstück: Es war wirklich ausgezeichnet – sehr lecker, frisch und mit einer großen Auswahl. Genau so wünscht man sich den Start in den Tag.
