"What a pleasure to be a guest in this charming hotel. Perfect location near the tram with lots of places to eat. Our host made us so welcome. Breakfast was superb, the garden enchanting. The effort and care put into the property and your stay is apparent. Parking available- do let them know in advance if you require a space. "Everything from check in, to cleanliness, and facility was great! We did two bunks in a room of four. It was clean and quiet. Location is close to everything. Rooms could be a bit cooler but they weren’t terribly warm either. 5/5 overall"

"Very handy to stay, the tram nearby and busstop outside the door. Secure parking. Room with balcony to sit out over the main road, but in the centre of Nice it was great watching trains, trams. Breakfast great in the big airy light conservatory."
