Sleeps 10 Tranquility is a ranch-style home that has been renovated inside and out with all the modern amenities you could ask for in your vacation destination. This 1950’s charmer is located in the East Beach, where you can find many easy beach accesses and vast sandy beaches, whether high or low tides. Situated on the western side of East Beach. From here, you can stroll a few steps to Ocean Boulevard and enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Salt Marshes of the Glynn. The living room is open to a dining area with windows galore to view the landscaped yard and fenced in play area. Just behind the living room is the kitchen that is equipped with a gas range, stainless appliances and everything you need for dining and cooking at home. From many vantage points of the home you can see the vast deck, newly installed pool (Fall 2024) and a lawn of lush greenery. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum. The layout was great for our family - a spacious central common area and bedrooms spread among 3 wings. Everyone had plenty of space to be together or spread out. The outdoor spaces - including pool - gave us additional places to enjoy. Property was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Communication with property manager was great.
