The property managers were extremely communicative and helpful. Overall would definitely recommend. I will say there were a few maintenance items around the house that did seem like someone should fix up a bit. Examples like the tub not draining, loose railing broken clothes washer. The property manager was so kind to take our clothes out for cleaning to make up for it, but I do think these types of maintenance issues should be caught before checkin ideally. The views, the size, the private beach access at low tide, and the pool all made this trip one of my favorites. The architecture on this house is super unique and took a few minutes to find everything but the master bedrooms are HUGE, the kitchen was great for cooking, and town is so close that we rented a golf cart and would go get ice cream and shop in like 2 min. The only thing I can caution is because it’s unique, the stairs and few areas that you step down to were a little challenging with a little toddler. Ours managed but maybe bring a baby gate if you have a young walker. We would absolutely stay here again. ##### Lisa W.
