It's proximity to the Village for morning breakfast or coffee, being walkable to a tidal beach each morning during low tide. We spent time on the tidal beach each morning enjoying the peaceful tranquility of this nearly private little area. Saint Simons has so much to offer and our stay at this property made the trip even better. The house is an amazing location, is close to shops, restaurants, Neptune Park, and the water. The house is beautifully decorated, well stocked, and very clean. The screen porch is the perfect spot to relax.
