This cottage has been completely renovated with a new floorplan that sleeps 9 guests and has a private 10’ X 22’ pool, which can be heated during the cooler months (for an additional fee). Butter Side Up offers an ideal location midway from the village to public beach entrances. A guest favorite is the oversized screened in front porch, which is perfect for relaxation spot or comfortable outdoor dining. \[Special Discounts\] Enter these dates to see discounted rates: February 17-21, 2026 (up to 4 nights) - discounted rates + book 3+ nights get one free! March 29-April 2, 2026 (up to 4 nights) THE SPACE Entry from the screened in front porch into the open concept family room with TV, kitchen to the left and dining nook at the entry. To the right is an office, if you have to work while on vacation. We had enough room for six adults to stay and be comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make numerous family dinners. The backyard was private, the grill was clean and the pool was great helping us beat the Georgia heat. The place was very clean, which made it easy to relax and have fun.
