The villa also welcomes up to two pets, making it an ideal choice for pet lovers.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $50/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.

The open-concept main living level offers guests multiple areas to gather and relax both indoors and on the private screened porch. The large kitchen offers views of Gould's Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean along with a Viking refrigerator and a six burner gas range. Guests will enjoy the ambience of dining al fresco on the screened porch with views of the tropical backyards and new pool and spa below.

The Primary Bedroom Suite is located on the main living level (2nd level) and the three Guest Suites, all with their own en suite bathrooms are located downstairs on the Terrace Level. The Terrace Level offers guests a secondary den area with an HD TV as well as a large laundry room area, perfectly suited for your entry to the home after a fun day at the beach! A secondary laundry is located in the Primary Suite bathroom. Additionally, there is an extra sleeping area equipped with a bunk bed, featuring a full lower bed and a single twin upper bed, perfect for guests or kids.

The Terrace Level of the home allows guests direct access to the Terrace screened porch and the pool & spa area. The heated pool and spa (upon request for a fee of $45 / day) is the perfect place to unwind and find your island time. The pool and backyard were completely renovated in 2023, now offering the spa as an extra amenity area to enjoy!
