Pool, Bikes, Near to beach! Situated in a lush and private setting with additional green space behind the property, this newer construction 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse lives like a single-family home with an incredible and thoughtfully designed floor plan. This fabulous home is also near to all the island's amenities, within minutes to the beach, pier, shops, restaurants, and various beach activities. Each room is tastefully decorated with plenty of room for guests. Master bedroom includes a KING sized bed and is very large. The master also features a large desk for those guests who need to bring work along with them. The 2nd bedroom features a queen sized bed and a good size TV. The 3rd bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds. There are 2 comfortable twin sized rollaways available in master bedroom closet to sleep a total of 8 guests comfortably. Sling TV is included. All TVs are SMART TVs and have access to HULU and Netflix as well. Enjoy the peacful outdoors by having a glass of wine, a cup of coffee, or dinner with the family at the patio table which transforms to a fire pit. The property backs up to lush landscaping and beautiful oak trees, which makes the patio area private and relaxing. This fabulous home also is FULLY STOCKED with EVERYTHING you would ever need. Saint Simons Island is spectacular with so much to see and do!!! Hop on the trolley or take a bike ride and discover and enjoy East Beach, the Village and Pier, the new Neptune Park Fun Zone, the Sea Island Shops, Fort Frederica, and much more! Water Activities: BEACH - choose from over 3 miles of beach to bike or lay out. Great family beaches. Popular activities are: Frisbee, Bocci Ball, Fishing, Kiting, WindSurfing, Kayaking, Paddle boarding, Katamarand, building sand castles. POOLS - New pool open by the Lighthouse Memorial thru Labor Day. Resort style for all ages. Next to Beach, Putt-Putt, park, and full snack bar (approximately $7 a day). Great location , comfortable townhome, large kitchen, lots to do. The weather was perfect. We were very pleased with our VRBO townhome.Some small things that need addressed. Guest bathtub needs drain fixed. Slow at emptying out water, gas grill worked 1 night and on the 2 nd try it would not heat up very well. Tank was filled cause we filled it. Plenty of space for our family of 6 and they had almost anything you could dream on needing between cookware, beach chairs and bikes, coolers, towels, etc. There were a couple issues with some cleanliness on arrival but the host responded immediately and addressed them asap. The home has been lived in for a while so things like caulk at floor base needs maintenance and some paint, and the shelves in the fridge are missing but the beds were comfy and we loved the complex itself. It wasn’t in the very middle of downtown or beach area but we brought a goof cart and got everywhere within 5-12 minutes and found plenty of parking on the busiest of holidays. St Simon’s is one of the coolest places and most beautiful public parks and beaches we have ever visited. Rent this unit with confidence. ##### Kyle R.
