Ocean Walk is a picturesque condominium community within biking distance of the Village Pier, numerous shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. Century old oaks shade the various buildings, while palm trees and colorful foliage landscape the two large swimming pools. Other community amenities include a sizeable duck pond with fountain, a fitness center, tennis courts, and a playground. This town home floorplan is two stories, with the kitchen, living room, half bath, and dining room downstairs. All three bedrooms are located upstairs. Small pets accepted with a $150 non-refundable pet fee. This location provides streaming TV services only.
