We've designed Watermark as a place you and your family can come together to relax and unwind. Our house is in the perfect location - close to the beach and the center of St. Simons activity - the Village and pier. Come and enjoy our beautiful, heated back yard pool. Enjoy a meal at our outdoor dining table on our large screened back deck overlooking the pool and landscaped back yard. With outdoor seating, outdoor dining, and the pool, you may never go inside! But when you do, the indoors is bright and open, with a large kitchen with stainless appliances, open to the dining and family rooms. The dining room can seat your full family, and the open living room has a 60" flat screen TV with cable and blue ray player. There are high ceilings and lots of natural sunlight throughout. The house has super fast internet (200Mbps speed) including a modern mesh network providing strong fast wifi on all 3 floors, the porch, and pool area - if you need to take a Zoom call or stream a few movies, you'll be more than able. And the house features a Peloton indoor exercise bike for your use. \[Special Discounts\] Enter these dates to see discounted rates: February 18-21, 2026 (3 nights) THE SPACE Bedrooms: • You'll be comfortable in the master suite with its king bed and gel foam mattress, private en suite bathroom with his & hers closets, his & hers vanity sinks, separate tub and shower. The master bedroom also has a flat screen TV with HD cable and blue ray player, ceiling fan, and has its own thermostat so you can set your sleeping temperature however you like it. There's a Peloton exercise bike in the master bedroom for your use. • The second bedroom on the main level also has a king gel foam mattress, ceiling fan, and full bathroom with a shower. • Upstairs is a large bedroom with queen bed and high end mattress. Within that bedroom is an enclave containing 4 bunks for the kids. This bedroom also has its own digital thermostat and ceiling fan. There is an attached full bathroom with dual vanity sinks and shower. • Then going downstairs to the first floor you have two more king bedrooms that share a full bathroom, both with smart TVs: • The "Sunshine" room has a king memory foam mattress, ceiling fan,smart TV, and views of the pool • The "Gray" room is similarly equipped with memory foam mattress, ceiling fan, smart TV, and pool views. In addition to the living area already mentioned, there is a separate game room downstairs with foosball and board games - the perfect spot if the kids need to hang out apart from the grownups for a little while! And if you need some peace and quiet, try the rocking chairs or swing on the front porch - a great spot for morning coffee and reading before a busy day on the beach and in the pool. You can walk to the village from the house by going Right, through the park (with tennis and basketball courts, playground and Spanish-moss draped live oaks) and then Left, or to the beach by turning Left and then Right. Either is a 7-minute walk. We have a 2-car garage and plenty of parking for up to 6 vehicles. If you are looking for a large beach house that has plenty of room for everyone, is upscale but comfortable, and is located in the most convenient spot on the island, Watermark is the perfect choice for your vacation. We're in a quiet neighborhood and love our neighbors, so this is not the house for late night pool parties or other noisy activities - please plan to honor Glynn County's noise ordinance and keep it down outside after 10. One bathroom toilet would keep running and the faucet in that bathroom also had water run under the bottom of the faucet handles into the sink. Everyone got their own space a bit away from other folks (sister and family downstairs, me and my family on the main floor, my parents upstairs) and there was a lovely huge open living space for us to cook and congregate in, also a lovely screened in porch where we ate dinner each night, and the kids had a blast with the pool. This property is a short walk from the village where you can eat out, visit the lighthouse, go to the miniature golf course & swim park in the summer. There’s also a nearby park with a great playground and tennis courts. We love being able to walk places and leave the car at home. ##### Tasha D. Hair in the showers, dead cockroach on the stairs. Small items were broken - plug covers in the kitchen, downstairs door handle, toilet flush. We were given the wrong internet log in so had no service for 3 days. The trash from the previous stay was full and not picked up till day three. The outside area is dirty - not enjoyable to be sat out there. The property and location are great. Management service were to slow to reply and there are just small things that need to be fixed or cleaned and it would be 5 star. ##### Meg G. Was told we could use the two garages but neither opened, tried outside keypad and inside button. Was told maintenance would be right out to fix them but didn't show up. Outlets in one of the bedrooms didn't work, ice maker didn't work and had a hole in rhe bucket so when you opened the freezer ice fell out, ceiling fan in down stairs bedroom didn't work. While we were gone maintenance came to address these issues but nothing was fixed and never heard anything from Alex as to the outcome. Shower heads were awful and need to be soaked in something (CLR) to remove scale. Screen porch needs attention, filthy ceiling fans, lots of spider webs and leaves on screens that can easily be blown off between guests. Large area on door with paint peeling off, wouldn't take 5 minutes to repair. The pool walls and floor looked green, not sure if it was stained or algae, needs a good pressure washing. On a positive note, the house was nice, large kitchen, pantry for food, large island, big table for all 8 of us and a large comfortable screen porch for gathering. ##### Tracey I. The house is in a great location that is convenient to the beach and village areas. There is a very nice screened-in porch off the back that overlooks the pool and having the heated pool (extra $) was a great decision to keep the girls busy when the weather wasn’t great. We appreciated the abundance of board games to use when there was downtime as well. The house is large and spacious with plenty of room for the 6 of us although the bedrooms and bathrooms do have a strange layout. It was fine for 2 couples and 2 kids but would probably not work for multiple couples or families that don’t like to share small bathrooms and closets. Streaming tv and Wi-Fi worked great to watch football games and movies. Overall, we had a nice week with family and Lighthouse vacation rentals was quick to response and easy to communicate with. ##### Lauren R. Total of 9 people ranging for 70s - almost 2\. The house had everything that was needed plus some. Loved the majority of the rooms had king beds! The location could not have been beaten! This home really accommodated those needs! The bunk bed room was perfect for the kiddos downstairs & the rest of the bedrooms were very spacious. We enjoyed cooking in the lovely kitchen almost every night & playing in the pool during the hot days. It was a short walk to the beach & the main downtown area which was amazing! The pool area was green and filthy and had to be power washed the second day. My daughter and husband got into bed first night and the top sheet totally ripped. All the sheets and towels are very old and like tissue paper. It claims two dishwashers, but they are bar size and so old they don’t clean properly. Two ironing boards but no iron. Only one bedside light in the master, and a small two slot toaster for a house that sleeps so many is ridiculous! It took forever to make breakfast. Lighthouse Realty were very helpful having the pool area washed, but then those chemicals went into the pool making it unusable for two days before it was cleaned.
