Escape to The Marsh Mellow, a renovated 3-bedroom townhome on St. Simons Island! Perfect for families, it's just a short distance to the beach and vibrant Pier Village. Enjoy a private patio, dedicated workspace, and fantastic community amenities including two heated pools, pickleball and tennis courts, and a gym. Your ideal island getaway awaits!

A golf cart is available to rent separately, is exclusively for our guests, and is about half the cost that carts rent for on the Island.

We boast a spacious and comfortable living space, outdoor dining patio, two heated pools, a duck pond with fountain! Conveniently located within walking distance to St. Simons Island beaches and Pier Village, where visitors and locals alike enjoy SSI's best restaurants and shops! An golf cart is available, exclusively for our guests to rent and is about half the cost of cart rentals on the Island.

Property was everything we needed and conveniently located a short drive to the pier. It was just a little too far for kids who are too big for a stroller but not up to a 15 minute walk. Condo community had a nice heated pool which made April swims highly enjoyable. My kids loved the pool and looking at the turtles and fish in the little pond within the community. Bathing kids was a little tricky because the condo didn't have plugs that fit the tub drains well and water would not stay in, which resulted in needing to keep it running until we were out of hot water and had to wait 15 mins or so til the next person could bathe or shower. However, our host Alex was very kind and responsive throughout our trip, graciously accepted this feedback when I communicated it to him personally, and will, I am sure, address it to ensure that others don't encounter the issue. He also gave us great recommendations as we planned the trip and gave us peace of mind that we booked the right place.

Yes Alex and Megan were excellent host and very accommodating. The house was not cluttered with breakable items and it was very very clean. Having use of the golf cart was an excellent feature considering everything is so close to the condo.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The place was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it feel welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect. Close to everything we needed while still feeling like a relaxing getaway. The host was attentive, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

Perfect location - easy stay!

We had such a great time at the Marsh Mellow townhouse! The house was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The space was beautifully updated and perfect for our group. The layout worked really well—plenty of room to relax, comfy beds, and having 2 full bathrooms plus a half bath was a huge bonus. We loved the easy access to the beach and Pier Village, and having access to two pools was the cherry on top. The location couldn’t be better, and the golf cart was such a fun way to get around. Highly recommend for a relaxing and fun getaway to SSI!

Annual Family Vacay

We’ve been coming to St. Simons for years and have stayed in this neighborhood twice before. Even with it being the 4th of July week, it was not crazy crowded in either pool or the parking lot. The condo seems recently updated and clean. Plenty of towels, nice back patio, and all the basic appliances you need. We had a good stay.

Everything you need for a fun stay!

This townhouse was perfect for our family vacation! We cooked many meals and found the kitchen to be very well stocked. Even sharp kitchen knives. Alex (host) was very attentive and responded quickly. Beds were comfy and the two pools were so nice for the days you want water fun minus the sand. Having the options to rent the golf cart was a bonus. We enjoyed exploring the island in it. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay!

This townhouse was the perfect spot to stay in St. Simons. The neighborhood had two pools, was a close drive/longer walk to town and the best playground. We were also a super quick drive to the beach and up the island where grocery stores and restaurants are located. They provided all the kitchen and bathroom necessities we needed and even had a smart tv so we could watch our kids' shows! We are so happy to recommend Alex and Meghan's place and will likely return!!

A perfect vacation

We had such a lovely time at this condo. It’s in a perfect location. Close to beaches and restaurants. So pretty and clean. It was the perfect size for our family of 5. The owners were kind and attentive and the complex had a lot of fun things for the kids to do. Can’t wait to go back.
