All guests are expected to adhere to the ordinances of the City of Indian Rocks Beach. A link to the city ordinances can be found in the Guest Manual. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of private property. Quiet hours must be observed from 9 PM to 9 AM. Note that our property is equipped with a noise-detecting device called NoiseAware, which monitors noise levels in decibels. If prolonged and excessive noise is detected, I will receive an alert and may contact you accordingly to address the situation. Excessive noise that disturbs the neighbors can lead to forfeiture of your damage deposit and potential eviction. Please refrain from frequent nighttime entrances and exits or activating door lock remotes, as these actions can disturb our neighbors. Early/Late Check-In/Out is accommodated whenever possible based on availability. Waste Disposal Guidelines: Regular trash will be picked up by the city on Tuesday and Friday around 6 AM. We hired a service to take the cans to the curb Monday and Thursday evenings after 7 PM. They will place the cans on the side of the house after the city empties them prior to 6 PM. Recycling is picked up on Wednesday morning, and the service will deliver the cans as noted above on Tuesday evening and return them on Wednesday prior to 6 PM.
