This spacious home situated in a quiet, secured, and beautiful subdivision. This house is only for guests to stay while touring our great St. Louis Area. This house location conveniently nears shopping mall, plazas, restaurants, sam's club, walmart, costco and highway I-270 and 15 minute ride to the Gateway Arch. Downside would be all bedrooms are upstairs and one in the basement. Lovely neighborhood. Shopping very close. I recommend it to others, unless you have trouble claiming 14 steps or more. We had an ant problem and he came to the house with supplies to take care of them. The kitchen could have been more fully stocked. We did not have any grilling utensils. The house had plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms to accommodate a larger family stay. Felt safe in the neighborhood and was easy to get to. Our family grew up in St. Louis but all have since moved to other states. Many children had never been to St. Louis so it was a wonderful time to visit many places and be together.
