Nice place with a wonderful view

The condo was nice. Comfortable beds, nice furniture. It had a beautiful view of the lake. The only concern we had was check-out time was at 10, which seemed early since most places we stay have an 11 am or noon check-out.

Nothing but a nightmare

My review isn’t about this property itself, but that this is through a rental management company. We got to Branson, and went to Treehouse to check in. Found out they didn’t have a reservation (they didn’t use Hotels.com), and I would have to call Hotels.com. I waited on hold for an hour when I got an email from the rental company. Directions to the condo took us to a completely different property! I was mad. Called the company rep, and he said there was an issue w/the A/C, so they moved us to another property. Without notifying us! I reserved at Treehouse for the beautiful view, and got a horrible view. I included a picture of my “lake view” the mgmt rep told me we would have. Also, all TV channels blocked by requiring a Parental Control PIN, and they couldn’t get that fixed before we left. It absolutely made my vacation a let-down. Do not use this condo - it is not through the condo management itself, and you don’t get what you think you will. Hotels.com let me down too.

Terribly Disappointed

We did not have the opportunity to stay at the tree house condo lake resort, we got notified at the last minute that our condo was unavailable due to a maintenance issue. We had a choice of two condos one by the lake or one downtown. We went with the lake condo at Eagles Nest and we were greeted with a out of date dirty condo with no view of the lake which is what we had paid for. Both bathrooms had issues in what I would call the master you had broken fixtures and you had to fight with the shower door to open it and the second bathroom the bathtub was extremely slow to drain when you took a shower. We stayed the first night and rebooked another condo for the remainder of our stay in Branson and definitely will never book a room with the treehouse properties again.
