lovely clean room and helpful staff . Worth noting that there is currently scaffolding on the front of the hotel - it was not good value to pay the extra for a seaview room only to look at scaffolding !

It seems to be a family-run place and full breakfast is provided and is good.Quick walk to the train and to the beach and laundromat.
