Even though you weren’t actually on the water, you still had a sense of it. Loved all the windows and glass doors! Very open and bright. Lots of room for parking. We had 3 trucks and 2 golf carts! We were welcomed by 2 huge cockroaches in the floor. The carpet is stained. There was dust bunnies on the walls, dust on all the fans, vents and baseboards. The house was outdated and needs a fresh coat of paint. The plastic furniture on the front porch was broken. The water pressure in the kitchen was poor. Overall, not worth it for what we paid. It would have been nice to be able to use the lift to move belongings up to the house but it was locked up like Fort Knox. Reviewer Comments: Location was close to beach, however on a busy noisy road.Never used deck in back, as it never gets sun.House had been empty for sometime and it appears nobody checked it prior to our arrival. Many dead cockroaches. We saw one large live one.Because of this cockroach issue I felt the need to clean the entire home from top to bottom. Lots of dust. Carpets in bedrooms were really bad.Had to clean vacuum and filters before we could use it. It was disgusting. Big roomy house with a good layout. ##### Greg K.
