This spacious home is over 3,200 sq ft. and is only a 2-3 minute EASY walk to the boardwalk leading to the beautiful beaches of St George Island, and a little over a mile to the center of “town” (shops/restaurants) making it a GREAT location!. The home features a well-equipped open-concept kitchen (ocean-views!) with updated stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the large living area with multiple sitting areas,a 65’ wall mounted smart tv, large dining room table that seats 10, as well a game table (seats 4), and a bar that seats four. You will find smart tv's in all bedrooms and the living area. You will find TWO king master bedrooms on the main level! One room has a king sized bed, two walk-in closets, ensuite bath with garden jacuzzi tub, separate shower and dual vanities. Main level also has another king bedroom with a king sized bed (pictures coming soon) and a full bath. The kitchen, dining, living room, laundry room and a half bath are also located on the main floor. The main level opens up to a wide sun deck that wraps around the home. Both main level bedrooms open to deck. There are two bedrooms upstairs one with a queen bed, the other with two twin beds and they share a full bath. Both rooms open to a covered balcony with exceptional views the Gulf of Mexico! The home has been updated with tile and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout- NO MORE CARPET! We are also dog-friendly! We have a closet stocked with numerous games and puzzles for children and adults, as well as books for all. The island bike path is located directly across the street and is perfect for morning or evening walks/bike rides. Enjoy the private outdoor pool which key locks from both entrances to ensure the safety of children (pool can be HEATED for an additional $350 per stay except the months of December, January & February), park-style charcoal grill, and an outdoor shower. Golf carts, which can be rented, can be driven directly from the home. They are not allowed on Gulf Beach Drive, however, the side street is one house down in which you would access the golf-cart friendly roads. We would be DELIGHTED to have you as our guests! LOCATION! All of the party were comfortable and relaxed in the house, which was good because it rained every day of our stay. The kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, condiments, spices and seasonings . I have only a comment, that it would be nice to have the building surrounded with grass or some form of landscaping. To stop the sand spurs, from sticking in us. Reaching out to the owner was easy, and our problem addressed immediately We all had a lovely time. Thank you for sharing your house. ##### Victoria S. Overall, location was perfect. The house was large and perfect for our group. It appears that they’re doing some upgrades to the property which is nice. The only recommendations I would offer are a deeper cleaning of the furniture as we did notice a lot of sand on the fabric couches in the sitting area off the living room. I would also recommend a second trash can, as the renters before us filled the only trash can there is and we had a large group so we had to set all the trash bags out by the road without a can to put them in. I would also consider some newer pots/pans. The kitchen is well stocked but the pans were heavily used and not in the best shape, and the blender was broken. None of this affected our overall stay and we would hands down return, just some feedback for the owners to consider. ##### Katrina M. The big dinning room table with glimpses of the ocean was great. Well furnished. Appliances and kitchen was well tooled. Nice pool. Nothing negative could be said. Me and my family will hopefully stay here again. Maybe 2 weeks next time. Great property with easy beach access. ##### EDD M. It was actually our first time staying off the beach and we loved it. The house has such easy access to the beach but also great access to other nice areas of the island. We rented a golf cart (would have been fine with out it) and it was a great location to take evening golf cart rides to check out the islands. The owner is really great. When we arrived the air conditioner was not working. I gave 4 stars for the check in process bc it was painfully hot loading all of our stuff in. BUT the owner had the repair person there with about 2 hours it was fixed. That was amazing! The space is great, nice appliances and lovely porches and pool area. My only complaint is the beds. They are extremely uncomfortable. Mostly because the bed frames were so rickety that every time you slightly moved the entire bed squeaked and creaked. We experienced this in the upstairs rooms and the twin room downstairs. I would love to visit again, but I'd definitely want to make sure the bed issue was resolved bc it was not very good sleep while on vacation. Otherwise an awesome house and host! ##### Haley B. There was plenty of room to spead out, eat together, play games and just relax. We were only one block from the beach which was great for plenty of beach time.
