I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beachy Keen is ideally located for us. Less expensive than houses on the beach but a very short walk to the beach. Very quiet. Better view of ocean than most non-beachfront houses. It is an older house, generally well maintained. Some negatives are the range display was missing some lights and we couldn't tell the temperature. The bottom drawer was off-track and wouldn't slide well. The living room furniture upholstery could use a good cleaning. The downstairs arrangement was a little awkward. To get to the back bedroom, you have to go through the bathroom, or through the small room with the daybed/trundle. If the bathroom is occupied by someone else, and someone is sleeping or undressed in the daybed room, then you can't get to the back bedroom. I suggest a floorplan diagram in the listing, so people can decide if this will work or not for them. We managed okay. Overall, we really liked the quiet location, short walk to the beach, and the view from the living room. The pool looks very nice, but it was too cold to swim. ##### Meredith C.
