Turn Day: Saturday AUBURN SUNRISE IS A PLACE OF PEACE AND CONTENTMENT! This adorable Plantation home has been recently remodeled with new updated kitchen appliances, flooring, interior paint, granite counter tops, bedding, and decor. The first level boasts the master suite and a newly remodeled master suite. The guest bedroom, on this level, is appointed with two single beds and a shared bathroom with a tub-shower unit. Both bathrooms have access to a spacious covered deck. The 2nd level is the main living area provides an open living/dining area with a well-appointed kitchen, eat at breakfast bar, dining room that opens up to the large living room with soaring ceilings and multiple windows to relax among the abundant natural lighting. Just off this level is a wonderful outdoor living space with a covered porch equipped with outdoor dining table and chairs, and a roomy open sun deck. The top floor of this home has a private loft bedroom with a double size bed and a full size guest bathroom. You will truly enjoy your private time with your family in the sparkling cool swimming pool during those hot summer days or in the evening just sitting around to relax letting all your worries drift away. An enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water is the perfect way to end your beach day, and a fish cleaning station is available for your coastal catch. A park-style grill is provided for those afternoon cookouts. So, come and enjoy the serenity of this charming vacation home. This home is located just a leisurely walk to the beach and a short bike ride to the Plantation Clubhouse. BEDS: 1 king, 1 queen, 1 twin, 1 double single bunk, 1 queen sleeper sofa AMENITIES: Multiple TVs, DVD player, new updated kitchen appliances, well-appointed kitchen with granite counter tops, newly remodeled master bath, vinyl plank surface flooring in all bedrooms, heated private swimming pool, 1st & 2nd floor levels of outdoor decks for relaxing & entertaining, enclosed hot & cold outdoor shower, park style grill, under house concrete parking, Washer/Dryer Pet Friendly (dogs only), restricted to 2 non-destructive dogs. A $75 non-refundable pet fee is required per dog. The walk to the beach was under two minutes; very close to the house and doable with a baby. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need. This house is in a perfect location, right around the corner from the beach. It was a very nice quiet area on the plantation and not at all busy on the beach either. When we arrived we quickly noticed several things that were bothersome. The house was not very clean, ex: the coffee pot was so disgusting that we had to scrub it to even think about using it. We had to wash many of the dishes before we could use them. The dishwasher soap dispenser doesn’t work. The toilets were not clean. The linens were ratty, some ripped and not enough towels. I sent an email the first night and we called the next morning with additional issues. The rental company did offer to send a cleaning person at that time, which we declined as we already had unpacked everything and cleaned as we went. They also delivered a brand new coffee pot and additional towels which we appreciated. We did enjoy the pool and it was a short walk to the beach. The Plantation itself is a very nice area and we had a great time visiting SGI!! PS- bring bug spray!! ##### Rhonda R.
